Set of 7 Cypro-Phoenician graduated pottery jugs, each with bulbous body, cylindrical neck with centered annulated knop and flared mouth; rounded single applied handle is attached at the knop and shoulder. Upper neck, knop and lower neck are decorated with total of 4 black bands. Bodies are decorated with thin black parallel bands and 3 or 4 concentric circle target like motifs. Handles are partially painted black with broad strokes. Each jug rests on a flat base. Circa 7th century B.C.E. Middle jug (3 1/4") has a noticeable chip on the lower body. Color range from light reddish sand to burnt orange brown.
